Exchange & Return Policy

Please read carefully before raising a claim. All cases are subject to Quality Check.

CASE 1 — Damaged / Leaked / Missing

Leaked, damaged, or missing product

  • Report within 24 hours of delivery. Claims raised after this window will not be entertained.

  • A clear photo of the Order Invoice placed on the parcel is mandatory for all claims.

  • We may also request product images, packaging images, or an unboxing video (if available) to verify your claim.

  • For missing items, warehouse footage will be reviewed. Claims are approved only if the oversight is confirmed from our end.

  • For wrong items (incorrect shade, variant, or product), contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in original condition, with all seals, tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Items returned used, damaged, or tampered with will be rejected after QC.

CASE 2 — Exchange / Change of Mind

Exchange or change of mind

  • Products returned due to a change of mind (wrong shade, type, or no longer needed) must be unused and in original condition with all seals and packaging intact.

  • Once the item is received and passes QC, your refund or exchange will be processed.

  • A handling fee of Rs. 200 will be deducted from refunds, or charged on delivery in case of an exchange, to cover logistics costs.

CASE 3 — Out-of-Stock Refund

Out-of-stock refunds

  • If a paid product is found to be out of stock after your order, a monetary refund will be issued.

  • Our support team will reach out to collect your bank details.

  • Refunds are processed within 48–72 hours after confirmation.

RESOLUTION TIMELINES

  • Reverse pickup: 10–15 working days

  • Full resolution (pickup + QC + decision): Up to 15 working days

  • Note: Subject to courier schedules.
