Shipping Policy

We deliver all across Pakistan. Please read below for timelines, charges, and order tracking details.

Order processing

When will my order be dispatched?

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM on a working day are processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • Processing time is typically 1–2 working days before the order is handed to the courier.

  • You will receive an SMS or WhatsApp notification with your tracking number once dispatched.

Delivery timelines

Estimated delivery time

  • Orders are delivered within 5–7 working days across Pakistan after dispatch.

  • These are estimated timelines and may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to courier delays beyond our control.

Shipping charges

Delivery fee structure

  • Standard delivery: Rs. 200–300 depending on your city and parcel weight.

  • Free shipping on orders above a minimum order value (if applicable — check current promotions).

  • Exact shipping charges are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Payment & COD

Cash on delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan — pay when your parcel arrives at your door.

  • Online prepaid payment (bank transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash) is also accepted and helps speed up dispatch.

  • If a COD order is refused at delivery without a valid reason, we reserve the right to restrict future COD orders from that address.

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

Order tracking

How to track your order

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp.

  • Use the tracking number on the courier's website to check real-time delivery status.

  • For any queries about your shipment, contact us on WhatsApp or email with your order number.

Failed delivery & returns to origin

What happens if delivery fails?

  • The courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts. Please ensure your phone is reachable.

  • If all attempts fail or the parcel is refused, it will be returned to our warehouse (RTO — Return to Origin).

  • For prepaid orders returned due to failed delivery, a Rs. 200 handling fee will be deducted from the refund to cover two-way shipping costs.

  • To redeliver after an RTO, re-delivery charges will apply.
