This soap free foaming cleanser is engineered for oily or acne prone skin. Combining salicylic acid and glycolic acid, it unclogs pores, reduces blemishes, and smoothes skin texture. Enriched with zinc gluconate, it helps regulate sebum production to prevent shine and recurring breakouts while maintaining skin balance.

Its gentle yet active formula provides deep cleansing without drying out or irritating skin. In clinical tests, it reduced imperfections, pores and shine while preserving tolerance thanks to the NAOS ecobiology approach. pH-balanced and noncomedogenic, it's ideal for daily use on oily, combination, and acne-prone skin.

How to Use:

1. Wet hands and face.
2. Lather gel between hands and gently massage onto skin.
3. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
4. Use morning and/or evening until blemishes clear.
5. If irritation occurs, reduce frequency (every other day).

PRO TIP:

For enhanced results, add a clay mask 1x weekly to absorb excess oil. Do not pair with other strong exfoliants simultaneously.

When will my order be dispatched?

• Orders placed before 5:00 PM on a working day are processed the same day.

• Orders placed after 5:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next working day.

• Processing time is typically 1–2 working days before the order is handed to the courier.

• You will receive an SMS or WhatsApp notification with your tracking number once dispatched.

• Orders are delivered within 5–7 working days across Pakistan after dispatch.

Payment & COD

Cash on delivery (COD)

• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan — pay when your parcel arrives at your door.

• Online prepaid payment (bank transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash) is also accepted and helps speed up dispatch.

• If a COD order is refused at delivery without a valid reason, we reserve the right to restrict future COD orders from that address.

• Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

How to track your order

• Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp.

• Use the tracking number on the courier's website to check real-time delivery status.

Failed delivery & returns to origin

What happens if delivery fails?

• The courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts. Please ensure your phone is reachable.

• If all attempts fail or the parcel is refused, it will be returned to our warehouse (RTO — Return to Origin).

• For prepaid orders returned due to failed delivery, a Rs. 200 handling fee will be deducted from the refund to cover two-way shipping costs.

• To redeliver after an RTO, re-delivery charges will apply.

Exchange & Return Policy

Please read carefully before raising a claim. All cases are subject to Quality Check.

CASE 1 — Damaged / Leaked / Missing

Leaked, damaged, or missing product

• Report within 24 hours of delivery. Claims raised after this window will not be entertained.

• A clear photo of the Order Invoice placed on the parcel is mandatory for all claims.

• We may also request product images, packaging images, or an unboxing video (if available) to verify your claim.

• For missing items, warehouse footage will be reviewed. Claims are approved only if the oversight is confirmed from our end.

• For wrong items (incorrect shade, variant, or product), contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in original condition, with all seals, tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Items returned used, damaged, or tampered with will be rejected after QC.

CASE 2 — Exchange / Change of Mind

Exchange or change of mind

• Products returned due to a change of mind (wrong shade, type, or no longer needed) must be unused and in original condition with all seals and packaging intact.

• Once the item is received and passes QC, your refund or exchange will be processed.

• A handling fee of Rs. 200 will be deducted from refunds, or charged on delivery in case of an exchange, to cover logistics costs.

CASE 3 — Out-of-Stock Refund

Out-of-stock refunds

• If a paid product is found to be out of stock after your order, a monetary refund will be issued.

• Our support team will reach out to collect your bank details.

• Refunds are processed within 48–72 hours after confirmation.

RESOLUTION TIMELINES

• Full resolution (pickup + QC + decision): Up to 15 working days
